The Present Continuous Tense. Вправи. Базові часи англійською мовою. Вправи для початківців Вправи на часи continuous

Типова ситуація, коли ви вивчили базові часи в англійській мовіокремо, але минуло якийсь час і вони переплуталися у вас у голові. І тут починати вивчення часів спочатку треба! Потрібно просто систематизувати ваші знання, тобто не просто повторити, а розкласти все по поличках. Такі знання мають логічну основу і забути просто неможливо!

Отже, у цьому уроці ми повторимо всі вивчені часи в англійській мові Present Simple, Present Continuous, Past Simple та Future Simple,але зробимо це порівняно.

Часи в англійській для початківців (Повторення — Revision)

1. Present Simple VS Present Continuous

Вправа 1. Як видно з таблиці в цих часах до дієслова-дії додаються закінчення: -S та -ING. Виконайте вправу та згадайте, які зміни відбуваються з дієсловом при додаванні цих закінчень.

The Present Continuous (Progressive) Tense.

Вживання

Сьогодення продовженечас (Present Continuous) означає:

1. дію, що відбувається зараз; He is watching TV сьогодні.

2. дія, що є безперервним процесом; The Earth is moving

3. майбутню дію, якщо вона запланована. They є spending Next winter in Spain.

Але:Деякі дієслова не вживаються в Continuous. Це дієслова, що позначають чуттєвесприйняття (to see, to hear ), розумовудіяльність(to know, to believe, to remember, to understand ); бажання, почуття (to want, to wish, to like, to love, to dislike, to hate ).

Освіта

Continuous- Продовжений час

На відміну від Простого часу, який використовується, коли мається на увазі дія як факт, дія регулярна, звичайна, дія "взагалі", причому нас не цікавить його тривалість.

1. Найголовніше значеннєве значення Продовженого часу:

Воно використовується, коли необхідно підкреслити, що дія знаходиться в процесі виконання в якийсь час:

Нині я пишу. - Тобто дія під назвою "писати" відбувається зараз. I am writing now.

Вчора, коли ти зателефонував, я писав листа. - Тобто дія під назвою "писати" відбувалася (тривала) саме в момент дзвінка.Yesterday, коли ви називали мене, я був писал a letter.

Завтра не дзвони мені о п'ятій годині, тому що я дивитимусь телевізор. - Тобто дія під назвою "дивитися телевізор" буде в процесі (триватиме) о п'ятій годині.Don't call me tomorrow at 5 o"clock, because I will be watching TV.

Як видно з наведених прикладів конкретний момент часу, коли відбувалася дія, може бути виражено або прямою вказівкою часу ( at 5 o " clock - о п'ятій годині), або тимчасовими прислівниками (типу now - зараз) або іншою дією, вираженою Простим ( Simple) часом (when you called me).

2. Ствердна форма Продовженого часу утворюється: допоміжне дієслово to be у потрібній формі плюс смислове дієслово із закінченням - ing.

I am writing.

You are writing

He is writing.

Вони є написання.

I was writing.

Ви були writing.

He was writing

Вони були написані.

I will be writing.

You will be writing.

He will be writing.

They will be writing.

3. Негативна форма утворюється: дієслово to be у потрібній формі плюс негативна частка NOT плюссмисловий дієслово із закінченням - ing . (Зверніть увагу, що у майбутньому Продовженому негативна частка not ставиться після will . Це правило про заперечення простіше запам'ятати, використовуючи термін "першого допоміжного дієслова" - заперечення утворюється за допомогою частки not , що ставиться після першого допоміжного дієслова У минулому і теперішньому допоміжний дієслово одне, тобто він і перший. А в майбутньому їх два - will be тому ставимо після першого - тобто після will)

I am не writing.

Ви не маєте (aren"t) writing.

He is not (isn"t) writing.

I was not (wasn"t) writing.

Ви були (writing).

I will not (won"t) be writing.

You will not (won"t) be writing.

4. Питання утворюється постановкою ("виносом") допоміжного дієслова to be у потрібній формі перед підлягає. (Зверніть увагу, що в майбутньому часі "виноситься" will , а не be ). (Або знову ж таки "правило першого допоміжного дієслова" - у запитальній формі перший допоміжний дієслово виноситься перед підметом. Запам'ятай це правило "першого допоміжного дієслова" - воно стане в нагоді і при вивченні інших часів, наприклад Перфекта.

Приклади питань з відповідями - короткими та повними:

Am I am writing? - Yes, I am. I am writing./ No, I am not. I am не writing.

Минулий час:

Теперішній час:

am - однина, перша особа

Майбутній час:

will be - у сучасній англійській для всіх осіб та чисел. (хоча в класичній граматиці для першої особи однини і множини - be . Але це зараз рідко використовується)

Правила правопису дієслів з - ing:

1. Якщо дієслово закінчується на -е, вона відкидається перед - ing:

Smoke - smoking

Hope-hoping

Виняток: be - being , а також дієслова, що закінчуються на - ee :

See – seeing, agree – agreeing.

2. Літера y перед - ing не змінюється:

Say - saying

Try – trying.

2. Якщо при додатку - ing , ударний закритий склад відкривається, остання приголосна дієслова подвоюється, щоб не змінювалася вимова цього складу:

Склади пропозиції в Продовженому часі з цих слів, зроби їх у минулому, теперішньому та майбутньому ствердними, негативними та запитальними з короткими відповідями, додавши необхідні за змістом обставини часу. Тобто на кожен пункт вийде по 9 пропозицій плюс короткі відповіді на запитання. Якщо користуватися «буфером» для однакових частин пропозицій, справа піде швидше.
