E. K.: I don’t know which one I will become - strict or, conversely, soft. So far my daughter is only a year old, and the time has not yet come to thoroughly choose a method of education. Now, if a child is crying, then this is just an expression of his internal discomfort, and not some whims. Nick has not yet learned how to manipulate. And while she is at this age, it is better to rely not on certain principles of education, but on care, care and love. Well, and obviously not to provoke tantrums. With a small child, new emotions appear every day: how she had breakfast, how she woke up, how she smiled. Watching Niki's little accomplishments is a special pleasure.

E. K.: As in many young families, our mother is on maternity leave, and my father works.

S. R .: Yes, with the birth of Nicky, my work did not decrease, so I combine business and family. I can’t say that I see my daughter often - rather rarely. But I know how difficult it is for mom, she needs to be absent from her work, so I try to help as much as possible. Lena once left for two days, and then almost all the time I was with my daughter alone.

E. K.: Filming and traveling in my life remained, only lined up a bit in a different rhythm. When Nika more or less returned to normal, the daily routine made combining work and motherhood easier. If you understand what time the child sleeps and when he needs to be fed, you can quickly run away about your business. So a month after giving birth, I sent my daughter out for a walk with my grandmother, ran out of the house for three hours and managed to resolve work issues.

S. R .: I think that if a baby can do without a dad, then without a mom - no way. Her feeding and love are indispensable. Rather, a child needs a more adult.

website: Does having a baby affect a woman’s career?

E. K.: Someone returns to work almost immediately after discharge from the hospital, and someone has been on maternity leave for three years. Both options are normal. If you are happy to work and be a mom, then why not. In our century, when you have a bunch of helpers and things that simplify caring for a child, including diapers and baby monitors, it’s a sin to complain. Naturally, it gets harder. Part of the time is spent on the baby, part - on work, and zero remains on itself. You have to sacrifice something. It is impossible to give such advice, following which you will become both an ideal mother, and an ideal wife, and an ideal employee, as well as a written beauty. Each woman for herself determines what is more important to her in this moment and what she is ready to temporarily refuse. I personally understand that without Nicky, I'm nowhere. And the career, for the construction of which I plowed 24 hours a day, remained in the past. But no regrets. I learned how to prioritize.

E. K.: I never got to the gym and beauty salons. Only once managed to get out on a facial treatment here in Sochi, on the "Rose Farm". But I did everything so that she was comfortable: I reduced my absence to a minimum, stuffed the entire freezer with milk supplies ... We still continue to breastfeed, although now these feedings have been reduced only to night. But earlier it was very convenient: you can feed your child anywhere without problems.

E. K.: No. I am against radical restrictions. If you want to go out somewhere and need to feed the child, then, of course, you need to do this. For example, in such cases I was looking for a nook, covered myself with a wide shawl so as not to shock others, so to speak.

website: How old are you planning to feed Nika with your milk?

E. K.: At first I thought that it would last until the eighth month, but the feeding somehow smoothly and favorably continued, so I decided: not bad, and up to a year. Now Nika is a year and two months old, in the afternoon she eats quite an adult meal, can calmly eat my bowl of soup and leave me without dinner ... But at night she still clings to me. It is possible that I will breastfeed for a few more months. The main thing is that the child is calm, and this is not a burden to me.

E. K.: Let's see what happens (laughs). To date, in terms of size, I see only pluses: in dresses I just have a great neckline! But, of course, I think about possible problems and try to prevent them. S. R .: If you love, then you don’t notice any changes. Especially when you understand why this is all happening. . How did you manage to return to pre-pregnancy forms?

E. K.: First of all, genes. Secondly, if you were originally in good physical shape, then after birth the body itself will quickly return to normal. It happened to me a month after she left the hospital. Honestly, I didn’t go to the gym, since breast-feeding does not recommend physical activity. But the child is the best dumbbell. My diet was completely normal, the first two months I was on the notorious lactating diet - when it is allowed to eat exclusively steamed, stewed and boiled. But the body came off on buns and marmalade, and I missed fresh salads and seafood, and at three months old baby I decided to return to normal food, without any diets. Nevertheless, I never dismissed myself, although I can eat after nine in the evening, I can periodically afford both a cake and a burger. But all this is rather an exception. Mostly I prefer salads, fresh vegetables, meat and grilled fish. So I eat what I like, and therefore I do not have to limit myself.

website: Have you encountered a phenomenon such as postpartum depression?

E. K.: Naturally, after childbirth and after constant lack of sleep, emotions jump. You rejoice, then you cry with the child. In general, you understand a little what is happening to you. But I still escaped a condition like depression. I approached both conception and gestation with understanding. Throughout pregnancy, she consulted with her gynecologist, who advised drinking vitamins, omega-3s and fatty acids. All this together helped me avoid postpartum depression.

E. K.: Do not go headlong into motherhood, remember about your soulmate. If a wife is busy 24 hours a day with a child, and she forgets to hug her husband, it is no wonder that the husband runs the risk of looking around. He also needs attention. Relocating her husband to a sofa or to another room means taking the first step so that the man begins to realize himself not as a member of the family, but as an unnecessary appendage.

Sleepless nights, of course, are very exhausting, and it’s hard to get used to them, but do not emphasize this with shaggy hair and bruises under the eyes. It is quite possible to devote in the morning only five minutes of your appearance. For example, after washing, I always apply concealer to the area under the eyes, a highlighter for greater radiance, and eyebrow gel. What courses do not go, what experts do not attend - at the crucial moment all the information will be forgotten anyway, and you will do what the midwife says. But to read how to arrange breastfeeding, how to apply a baby, how to prevent stagnation is very important. And it is also important to know how to take care of the child in the first days of his life. I remember my panic after discharge ... In the maternity hospital, all the procedures were provided by nurses, I just watched and remembered, they seemed so simple! But in the very first hours of the house, when you find yourself face to face with a crying baby, you do not know what to grab onto - you are afraid to drop it or break it.

Another important topic is shopping! It seems to any young mother that you just need to buy everything! In the end, even what is not needed is bought. And I had it. Therefore, I can name my top 5 most necessary things for the baby: diapers, cream for diapers, cotton pads, scissors for baby nails and breast milk! (Laughs) Everything else is unnecessary frills.

And the older the child becomes, the more you begin to wonder if all these blinking and singing plastic toys are needed. For example, you bring this toy in a bag happy home, and the kid is interested in ... a bag, not what is inside! S. R .: And it seems to me that not at 50, but at 80 percent!

E. K.: Without communication. Alone, you seem to be in some kind of vacuum of your own. In the media world, everyone talks about their "ideal" motherhood. In life, everything turns out differently, and it seems that something is wrong with you. But if someone talks about real problems, then people breathe a sigh of relief: "We are not the only ones, which means that we are also normal." I have exactly the same. I get a lot of information from my subscribers. We have gathered our very warm circle there, mainly to laugh at the next everyday situation. E. K.: We do not yet show Nick cartoons on tablets and phones. Naturally, she sees that we are using these devices and asks to give them in her hands. But the maximum that she does is picks up, twirls and returns back. For children at this age, some household items are more interesting: remote control, keys, socket. All this attracts her attention in the first place.

S. R .: This is the age when you feel you need to have children (laughs).

S. R .: There is such a joke: “I didn’t give birth at 18, then it’s too early.” In fact, when this recklessness passes and a person grows up, he is clearly aware of his capabilities. I think it’s too early for a man to become a father, if you still don’t know what awaits you next, when you have neither a house nor a livelihood. There is no bitterness towards him in the sense that he destroys all plans and it would be better to push him, for example, to his grandmother.

S. R .: Lena and I just talked about this recently. In life, everything is cyclical. As a child, we play plain toys, in youth we are already looking for something else, and when we play enough, we look for “toys” much more exotic. But the time comes to become a parent, and you relive childhood with your child again. Once again, you are able to enjoy simple things. In life, as if new bright colors appear, and you, as a parent, are never bored. Here, for example, we went to Sochi, and there one of the main entertainments - bungee jumping. With the baby, you can not rush to such extremes and just walk around the park and enjoy it. You give your child what you yourself have experienced.

E. K.: In general, I now understand mothers who have five children! Kids are great. True, I suspect I will die my ardor as soon as Nick begins to show character.
