Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop and fry the onion.
  2. Add the vegetables to the skillet, then the minced garlic and spices.
  3. Grease the mold. Put a layer of noodles on the bottom, and half of the vegetables on top of it.
  4. Place another layer of noodles on top and cover again with vegetables. You will get a dish similar to lasagna.

An interesting effect can be achieved by combining several types of sausage products (for example, doctor's sausage and smoked brisket).

Ingredients:

  • horns - half a pack;
  • sausage products - 500 grams;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • sweet paprika - 2 teaspoons;
  • hot paprika - 1 teaspoon;
  • bulb;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • fresh herbs - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt;
  • cheese - 100 grams;
  • cream - 50 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop (in cubes or feathers) and fry the onion.
  2. Cut sausage products into cubes and add to the pan.
  3. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then add tomato paste, a little boiling water (half a cup), paprika, salt and sugar. Stir and leave to simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through a press. Mix in the sausage and remove the skillet from the heat.
  5. Grease the bottom of the mold, lay out the cooked horns.
  6. Lay the sausage in the next layer, carefully spreading the sauce with a spoon or spatula.
  7. Grate the cheese. Pasta casserole with sausage will be delicious if you choose a savory firm variety.
  8. With a mixer, mix it with cream, beat. Pour over the meat layer and send the form to the oven for 20 minutes to bake the dish. Before serving, you can decorate it with grated cheese (as in the photo).
