  • canned tomatoes - 400 ml

  • refined sunflower oil - 6 tbsp.
  • ground black pepper - 0.3 tsp
  • steamed rice - 260 gr
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.

Ready-made meatballs greatly increase in size due to the boiled rice, but the sauce is almost completely absorbed. Serve hot, with a side dish or vegetable salad to your liking.

Recipe 2: meatballs from minced turkey with cream sauce

  • Minced meat from turkey meat - 700 gr.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Rice - 0.5 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • For the sauce:
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Cream 10% - 1 cup (approximately)
  • Butter - 50 gr.
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Spicy dried herbs - to taste

Forcemeat and onion scroll in a meat grinder or beat in a blender.

Add boiled rice, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste, add dried spicy greens (dill, parsley, celery)

Form meatballs. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the baking dish. Send meatballs to the oven, bake lightly

First of all, you need to prepare the stuffing. For minced meat, I used both white and red meat.

Stuffing, salt and pepper and add one onion. In this case, I grated the onion on a fine grater.

I add one egg, minced round rice and one teaspoon of tomato paste to the minced meat.

I mix all these ingredients and add a little parsley. Rather, for beauty than for taste.

It's time to prepare the tomato sauce. For the sauce, I use onions and carrots.

First of all, I fry chopped onions and carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

When the vegetables are soft, add the tomato paste, sour cream and a little sugar to reveal the taste.

Now it remains to add a glass of water to make the sauce a sauce.

On top of meatballs I pour the sauce and put one bay leaf. I turn on the quenching mode for 45 minutes. During this time, meatballs will be ready.

Rinse dry rice thoroughly under running water. Put the rice in a saucepan and fill it with water (3 glasses will be enough).

Put the saucepan on the fire and boil the rice until half cooked. Depending on the rice variety, this can take from 7 to 15 minutes. Discard boiled rice on a sieve and rinse with cold water, allow excess water to drain completely.

Coarsely chop the turkey fillet and chop it using a combine harvester or scroll through a meat grinder.

Peel onions and carrots. Chop the onion finely, and grate the carrots. Optionally, you can also chop vegetables with a combine or meat grinder.

Pass the garlic cloves through a press or chop with a knife, and cut a bunch of greens.

In a large bowl, combine the turkey fillet, boiled rice, onion, garlic, carrots and herbs. Also add chicken egg and spices.

Thoroughly mix the minced turkey with your hands.

Dip your hands in cold water and form the same balls from the minced meat, a little larger than a walnut or any other size to your taste.

Put the formed turkey meatballs on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. By the way, the meatballs are obtained a lot, therefore, if desired, part of the meatballs can be frozen for future use or put them in a multicooker in several layers.

Prepare the filling for the meatballs: in a deep bowl, combine the tomato paste, sour cream and flour.

Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. If desired, at this stage you can add a little salt, pepper, sugar (to balance the acid of the paste), as well as dry herbs, to the fill.

Pour in water and mix again.
