Transfer money to the phone account, to which the Mobile Bank service is linked, by SMS to number 900 in the form:

payment_sum NNNN, where NNNN is the last 4 digits of the bank card number from which you want to make a payment. The payment amount is indicated in figures in rubles (kopecks are not transferred).

If you have only one bank card registered or you don’t care which account the money will be transferred from, you can leave the card number blank. Just enter the desired payment amount as an integer. You can transfer from 100 to 10,000 rubles to your phone account in this way.

Transfer money to any other mobile number using an SMS message to number 900 in the form:

Tel phone_number payment_amount NNNN, where NNNN is the last 4 digits of the bank card number.

This attribute can be omitted (see above). The phone number is written in 10-digit format, i.e. without the numbers "7" or "8". The payment amount is indicated as a whole number in rubles. The minimum payment is 100 rubles. The maximum payment at a time is 300 rubles. Per day, you can transfer to numbers not registered in the Mobile Bank system, no more than 1000 rubles.

Install the Mobile Banking application on your phone. You will find a download link for your phone model on the page of the Sberbank of Russia website http://www.sbrf.ru/moscow/ru/person/dist_services/mobile_bank/ in the "Additional Features" section. This program will itself generate SMS requests to number 900, but you just have to select the necessary card transactions using the intuitive interface of the application.

Set a password to access the menu when you first start the program. Add to the list the bank cards that you want to manage through the "Mobile Bank". To do this, select the "Cards" item in the menu and make the transition: "My cards" - "Add". Enter the last 4 digits of the card number, indicate its type and, if you wish, enter a custom name.

Transfer money from the card to the mobile phone account. To do this, in the "Payments" menu, make the transition: "My payments" - "Add" - "Cellular".

Select a mobile operator. On the page that opens, specify a name for the template if you intend to make transfers to this number on a regular basis. If not, leave this field blank. Enter the phone number you want to recharge. Enter the payment amount and assign a bank card from which the payment will be made. Click on the OK button.

Check the entered details in the window that opens. If everything is correct, confirm the payment by clicking on the OK button. If something is wrong, click on the "Cancel" button.

Nowadays, there is often a need to quickly send money to a relative, friend or employee. You can easily transfer money from card to card through the mobile bank of Sberbank by connecting and setting up this service.

Connect the mobile bank of Sberbank to be able to transfer money from card to card. Usually, the service is activated by employees of a bank branch when concluding an agreement for issuing a card with a client. Otherwise, you can again apply for this to the branch closest to you and fill out an application for connecting a mobile bank, or call the toll-free number 8800-555-5550 and request an operator about this by going through a short identification procedure. You can also activate the service using ATMs or Sberbank terminals.

If you have successfully activated the service, you can transfer money from card to card through Sberbank's mobile bank by sending a special message to number 900. In the text of the message, enter the word "TRANSFER" without quotes, then after a space - the mobile phone number of the recipient of the money (without the "eight" ) and after another space - the amount of the transfer in rubles (you can send no more than 8,000 rubles per day). Confirm the transfer by replying to the received automatic message from Sberbank and sending a verification code in the response SMS. Immediately after the receipt of money on the recipient's card, a corresponding notification will be sent to his and your mobile number.

You can simplify the transfer of money from card to card through mobile banking. To do this, create an alias for the recipient of the transfer and register it in the system so that you do not have to enter the entire mobile number in the future. Send an SMS to the short number 900 with the text "CALL (NUMBER) (NAME)", indicating the required values. Now, in order to send money from card to card, when creating a message, it is enough to enter only the selected name of the recipient and the payment amount.

With the help of mobile banking, you can also replenish the account on the phone of any person. The payment amount will be deducted from your card. This function becomes available immediately after users register in the system as described in the previous step. After that, create a message with the text "TEL (NAME) (AMOUNT)", specifying the required values, and send it to number 900. If the operation is successful, you will receive a notification.

Advice 3: How to connect a Sberbank mobile bank through an ATM

You can connect the "Mobile Bank" option in different ways, but most Sberbank cardholders prefer to do this through an ATM. This is not surprising, because there is probably no faster, safer and easier way.

In most cases, "Mobile Bank" is issued by Sberbank specialists immediately after the client receives the card. If this does not happen, you can connect it in several ways. For example, by directly contacting a branch of Sberbank or by calling the contact center. You can also connect "Mobile Bank" using the terminal or via the Internet.

When connecting this option, the user can choose one of the packages: economical and full. An economical tariff is provided without a monthly fee: in this case, you will have to pay for completed SMS requests. The full package includes a large number of functions and is provided for a monthly fee, which is deducted from the client's account on a monthly basis.

Service activation is available to all users registered in the Sberbank Online system. To register in it, you need to go to the corresponding page of the official website of Sberbank and find in the upper left corner a special window for entering your personal account. Below is the "Register" button. Click it and, following the prompts of the wizard, complete the registration. For it, you will need a phone to which the card is attached, and the card itself. Enter your card number and click Continue. After that, a message with a password will be sent to the phone, which will need to be specified to confirm the operation. After that, it remains to come up with your username and password, which will later be used to enter your personal account in the Sberbank Online system.

After activating the service, a Sberbank client will be able to perform various operations (paying for a phone, transferring to another person’s card, paying fines, making auto payments, receiving account information) by sending appropriate SMS requests from the phone.

You can check if the client has the “Mobile Bank” service activated by sending an SMS message with the word “Help” or “Balance” to number 900. After that, an SMS will be sent to the phone with data on the state of the balance or on how to fulfill some requests by map. If the service is not activated, the corresponding information will be sent in the response message.
