One of the most important indicators of the school’s work is the effectiveness of the educational process, improving the quality of education, creating conditions for students, giving them the opportunity to fully realize their abilities. The main thesis of the school is that the process of education and development of the child should take place without harm to his health as the main universal value. Therefore, the CSR technology (collective way of teaching), the educational system of the school, the educational and extracurricular environment are aimed at achieving a new quality of education.

The main tool for quality management is the system of intra-school monitoring and control, the objects of which are the teacher, student, and the administrative structure of the school.

2. Effective use of modern educational technologies, including information and communication, in the educational process.
In our educational institution, the resource and means is a new educational practice, a collective way of teaching, based on innovative ideas for organizing the educational process developed by V.K. Dyachenko and M.A. Mkrtchyan. This technology ensures the personal development of students, the formation of subjectivity of participants in the educational process, including as subjects of their own health. The principle of cooperation between all participants in the educational process is successfully maintained.

According to the individual plan of self-education in the educational institution, a program for increasing the professional competence of teachers is being implemented. The continuing education resource is IPKRO of the city of Krasnoyarsk. Training of the teaching staff in the field of modern educational technologies is carried out as part of work at the University School of Continuing Education. 7 teachers (50%) joined the Collective Learning Association. Teachers actively participate in seminars of the eastern branch of the Association.

In accordance with the most important criterion of modern quality - information culture, an informatization program was created and presented at the district level at the school.

The school has a single database of student and staff. Computers are actively involved in the educational process. With computer support, a large number of lessons are held. ICT is actively used in subject areas: biology, English, geography, history, literature, the history of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Russian language, music, and social science. The school has the Internet, a local network, the guys are actively involved in distance competitions. The library is regularly updated. Over the past 3 years, the number of students who own a computer has increased by 45%. In accordance with the Charter of the school, the Pedagogical Council, the Methodological Council, and school problem groups function. Much work has been done at the school to create a workable Governing Council. Today there are first results of work.

The main task of the Council is assistance in strengthening the financial, informational, material and accounting base of the school, stimulation and promotion of the use and development of effective innovative educational programs and technology of a collective way of learning, representing the interests of the school at different levels.

Members of the Council are members of the jury during various competitions of teachers' pedagogical skills.

The Governing Council consists of representatives from the student council, founder, parents, entrepreneurs, teachers, and the local community. The Governing Council sets the directions and priorities for the development of the school. The Council monitors the consistency of achieving high results in general education, improving health and ensuring the rights of each student in the institution. Every year a public reporting report is posted on the site, news from the Council meeting is posted. The Governing Council and the school student council actively interact with each other and the school principal. The school created student self-government. The decisions of the Governing Council are communicated to the student council. The student council comes up with suggestions to the class affairs council. Duty class teams are included in the work. To control the situation at the School, the Governing Council created two commissions - disciplinary and financial.

5. Creating conditions for maintaining the health of students

The school provides meals. Hot lunch covered 100% of school students. A second hot lunch is organized for transported children. We grow vegetables for the dining room on the school site, so lunch is rich in fresh vegetables all year round. We prepare vitamin tea (rose hips, lingonberry leaf). During breaks, outdoor games are held. In the corridor of elementary schoolchildren, various geometric figures for active movements during a break are painted on the floor. In the classroom, where pre-school education classes take place, there is a palace, younger students can play on the floor. At breaks, music sounds, in the corridors there are two tennis tables, checkers. Therefore, the guys have where to spend energy. Younger students look after aquarium fish.

At the school, a lot has been done by the hands of children: pictures of nature, panels of natural material, everything for beauty and for relaxing the eyes are drawn. The school is decorated with fresh flowers.

The educational process at the collective training session is structured in such a way that students move from place to place (looking for a partner, organize small groups for work, move to another office), without asking the teacher, go out into the corridor. And these movements in space do not knock them out of the learning process. The schedule has already been 14 years since 2-9 cells entered the third hour of physical education. Physical exercises are held regularly. Out-of-school hours, children (70%) attend sections: cross-country skiing, sports, athletics. The system hosts health days with the participation of parents and teachers, sports competitions between classes. Our athletes effectively perform at district, inter-district, regional competitions (appendix). Medical examinations of students are carried out by doctors of the Central District Hospital in Aban (1 time per year). Regular checkups, vaccinations are carried out by the paramedic of the village of Turovo.

All classrooms are equipped with furniture for growth, spotlights, blackout curtains. Lamps are closed by lamps. The temperature regime is normal. There is a rest area in the school yard. Around the school flower beds are broken.

Attention should also be paid to ease of use, the reliability of the circuit and its simplicity. Sometimes these requirements have an advantage over the requirements of profitability. That is, the circuit should be built in such a way that the damaged part of the network is easily detected and replaced, so that as few consumers as possible are disconnected. Evaluation and selection of the scheme can be made only by the totality of all indicators, with respect to the specific conditions of the installation. The following possible circuits of the 0.4 kV supply network are distinguished: loop, ring, beam and others.

The most reliable and economical, compared with other options, is a loopback circuit of 0.4 kV network elements. Also, the loop circuit replaces the 2 ray ones, so we accept the loop circuit.
