II. Analytical background on the effectiveness of the program
1. High quality training and education
One of the most important indicators of the school’s work is the effectiveness of the educational process, improving the quality of education, creating conditions for students, giving them the opportunity to fully realize their abilities. The main thesis of the school is that the process of education and development of the child should take place without harm to his health as the main universal value. Therefore, the CSR technology (collective way of teaching), the educational system of the school, the educational and extracurricular environment are aimed at achieving a new quality of education.
The main tool for quality management is the system of intra-school monitoring and control, the objects of which are the teacher, student, and the administrative structure of the school.
The monitoring system created at the school made it possible to identify the following trends (based on the results).
An important indicator of the effectiveness of the learning process is an increase in the number of schoolchildren studying at "4" and "5". In the 2008-09 academic year. the quality of training amounted to 39,6% .

Since 2006, the school has been monitoring general communication skills (OUK). In our opinion, general communication skills occupy an important place in education. In the learning process, the qualitative interaction of the student with the teacher is important. To be successful, a student must be able to:
put your thoughts into an oral text accurately, compactly, without distortion;
put your thoughts into written text;
listen, understand the essence of what you hear and pose a question to the text;
independently study literature (the ability to read with understanding).

2. Effective use of modern educational technologies, including information and communication, in the educational process.
In our educational institution, the resource and means is a new educational practice, a collective way of teaching, based on innovative ideas for organizing the educational process developed by V.K. Dyachenko and M.A. Mkrtchyan. This technology ensures the personal development of students, the formation of subjectivity of participants in the educational process, including as subjects of their own health. The principle of cooperation between all participants in the educational process is successfully maintained.
According to the individual plan of self-education in the educational institution, a program for increasing the professional competence of teachers is being implemented. The continuing education resource is IPKRO of the city of Krasnoyarsk. Training of the teaching staff in the field of modern educational technologies is carried out as part of work at the University School of Continuing Education. 7 teachers (50%) joined the Collective Learning Association. Teachers actively participate in seminars of the eastern branch of the Association.
In accordance with the most important criterion of modern quality - information culture, an informatization program was created and presented at the district level at the school.
The situation of informatization in school
The school has a single database of student and staff. Computers are actively involved in the educational process. With computer support, a large number of lessons are held. ICT is actively used in subject areas: biology, English, geography, history, literature, the history of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Russian language, music, and social science. The school has the Internet, a local network, the guys are actively involved in distance competitions. The library is regularly updated. Over the past 3 years, the number of students who own a computer has increased by 45%. IN 10% of students took part in the Internet - Russian carousel contest, in English - 14%, 15% of students successfully performed distance olympiads in chemistry, Russian language, mathematics, geography. High school students work at RMMTS. 72% of educators took training courses on the topic "The use of ICTs in subject areas."
According to the curriculum, computer science lessons are held from grade 3. Teachers and students regularly participate in project activities using ICTs on various topics: “What kind of water do we drink?”, “Styles in clothes”, “Originality of song art p. Turovo. "
3. Ensuring access to quality education
The educational program and curriculum of the school is aimed at fulfilling the state function of the school - providing a basic basic general education. The availability of quality education is carried out at all levels of education, provided by educational programs of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
The form of education at school is full-time.
The school component of the curriculum is aimed at:
satisfaction of cognitive interests of students in various fields;
development of subject skills in students;
assistance in mastering basic education.
optional work, computer science lessons.
The school has a group of short-stay children. There is no kindergarten in the village. During the entire academic year, the teacher conducts training with unorganized children of 5-6 years of age, with the aim of better adaptation of preschool children to learning at school and preventing progress. The work is aimed at maintaining the health, emotional well-being and development of the individuality of each child. The teaching staff notes the particular importance of the continuity problem between preschool and primary education. Particular attention is paid to the formation of psychological readiness for school, the development of perception, imagination.
Main maintenance cycles:
1. Admission to the group of children 5-6 years of age for pre-school education
2. Admission to grade 1
3. Adaptation in the 1st link
4. The transition to the middle link
5. Mid-level adaptation
6. Teenage crisis
The most important areas:
1. Diagnostics
2. Psychological and pedagogical consultation
3. Work with parents
4. Medical and psychological commission
For the formation of self-determination of schoolchildren, a system of psychological and pedagogical support is built, which is represented by the school’s psychological service, teachers, class teachers, parents. The needs of students and parents are identified through questionnaires.
Parents and society are playing an increasingly important role in the formation of a public order for education, and the degree of participation of parents in the design and implementation of school development programs is increasing. The school has the opportunity for children to receive education in accordance with the real educational opportunities. The student learns the program at his own pace through the IEP (individual educational program). This gives a better development of educational material. Over the past five years, certificates of basic general education received 100% of graduates.
Graduates of the school continue their education in the neighboring Zalipievskaya secondary school and confirm the learning outcomes obtained in our school. 50% of the number of graduates entered the 10th grade, 50% in secondary secondary education
Students are not expelled from school until they reach the age of 15 years.
4. The combination of principles of unity of command and self-government
The management structure prevailing in the school is presented below.
In accordance with the Charter of the school, the Pedagogical Council, the Methodological Council, and school problem groups function. Much work has been done at the school to create a workable Governing Council. Today there are first results of work.
The main task of the Council is assistance in strengthening the financial, informational, material and accounting base of the school, stimulation and promotion of the use and development of effective innovative educational programs and technology of a collective way of learning, representing the interests of the school at different levels.
Members of the Council are members of the jury during various competitions of teachers' pedagogical skills.
The Governing Council consists of representatives from the student council, founder, parents, entrepreneurs, teachers, and the local community. The Governing Council sets the directions and priorities for the development of the school. The Council monitors the consistency of achieving high results in general education, improving health and ensuring the rights of each student in the institution. Every year a public reporting report is posted on the site, news from the Council meeting is posted. The Governing Council and the school student council actively interact with each other and the school principal. The school created student self-government. The decisions of the Governing Council are communicated to the student council. The student council comes up with suggestions to the class affairs council. Duty class teams are included in the work. To control the situation at the School, the Governing Council created two commissions - disciplinary and financial.
5. Creating conditions for maintaining the health of students
The school provides meals. Hot lunch covered 100% of school students. A second hot lunch is organized for transported children. We grow vegetables for the dining room on the school site, so lunch is rich in fresh vegetables all year round. We prepare vitamin tea (rose hips, lingonberry leaf). During breaks, outdoor games are held. In the corridor of elementary schoolchildren, various geometric figures for active movements during a break are painted on the floor. In the classroom, where pre-school education classes take place, there is a palace, younger students can play on the floor. At breaks, music sounds, in the corridors there are two tennis tables, checkers. Therefore, the guys have where to spend energy. Younger students look after aquarium fish.
At the school, a lot has been done by the hands of children: pictures of nature, panels of natural material, everything for beauty and for relaxing the eyes are drawn. The school is decorated with fresh flowers.
The educational process at the collective training session is structured in such a way that students move from place to place (looking for a partner, organize small groups for work, move to another office), without asking the teacher, go out into the corridor. And these movements in space do not knock them out of the learning process. The schedule has already been 14 years since 2-9 cells entered the third hour of physical education. Physical exercises are held regularly. Out-of-school hours, children (70%) attend sections: cross-country skiing, sports, athletics. The system hosts health days with the participation of parents and teachers, sports competitions between classes. Our athletes effectively perform at district, inter-district, regional competitions (appendix). Medical examinations of students are carried out by doctors of the Central District Hospital in Aban (1 time per year). Regular checkups, vaccinations are carried out by the paramedic of the village of Turovo.
All classrooms are equipped with furniture for growth, spotlights, blackout curtains. Lamps are closed by lamps. The temperature regime is normal. There is a rest area in the school yard. Around the school flower beds are broken.

Over the past year, the percentage of chronic diseases among schoolchildren has been reduced.
In 2006, the school took part in the program "New Day"
During the implementation of the project, according to this program, it was planned to complete the sports ground, replenish the gym equipment, and create a sports and health club. Unfortunately, the grant was not won, but with the help of sponsors, part of the work was done (a playground for playing football, basketball was equipped, equipment for winter sports was purchased). But this is not enough to attract parents, students, and teachers to a healthy lifestyle. Further equipment of the gym, replenishment of the material and technical base with sports equipment is necessary.
Materials about the school are regularly published in the media. The newspaper "Red Banner", the regional television company reported on the achievements of our students, teachers, significant events for the school, social initiatives.
6. Ensuring the conditions of safety and labor protection of participants in the educational process in the institution
Over the past three years, the school has not observed any emergencies that damage the life and health of children, there are no violations of fire safety and labor protection.
The level of material and technical support for safe conditions has increased: the availability of communications - telephone, Internet, e-mail. 100% provision of fire extinguishers, a new fire alarm system (since 2005), the availability of emergency exits at the time of emergency.
FROMstudents and school employees conduct practical exercises on emergency response (1 time per month). Developed and approved labor protection instructions at each workplace.
Injury prevention is done through first aid classes for oneself and others. The school has a health and safety representative. He also controls the work to ensure the safety of students during the educational process.
Through the game "Zarnitsa" are training sessions on survival in extreme conditions.

1.4 Calculation of lighting load
The calculation of the electrical loads of networks of external consecration is defined as the total power of lighting systems, taking into account the demand coefficient equal to one. At the same time, the power is established on the basis of the lighting engineering calculation taking into account the nature of the territory illumination, the normal normal illumination of these territories, the type and parameters of the lamps used.
As a result of the lighting engineering calculation, the specific power of lighting is determined, related to 1 m2 of the illuminated surface:

2. DESIGN OF LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES
The power supply system is built depending on the size of the facility and power consumption. As a rule, several options for power supply are considered and, based on a technical and economic comparison, they make the final decision.
2.1 Determining the location of TP
Six transformer substations were selected. There are two transformer substations for each quarter. Each TP is as close as possible to the center of concentration of loads.
2.2 The choice of the scheme and sections of the distribution network of 0.4 kV
The task of building an electrical network is usually multivariate. Therefore, important criteria are its cost-effectiveness in construction and operation costs and in non-ferrous metal consumption. Attention should also be paid to ease of use, the reliability of the circuit and its simplicity. Sometimes these requirements have an advantage over the requirements of profitability. That is, the circuit should be built in such a way that the damaged part of the network is easily detected and replaced, so that as few consumers as possible are disconnected. Evaluation and selection of the scheme can be made only by the totality of all indicators, with respect to the specific conditions of the installation. The following possible circuits of the 0.4 kV supply network are distinguished: loop, ring, beam and others.
The most reliable and economical, compared with other options, is a loopback circuit of 0.4 kV network elements. Also, the loop circuit replaces the 2 ray ones, so we accept the loop circuit.
