ABOUT CLASS MANAGEMENT

I . General Provisions

      This Regulation has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, the Model Regulation on an educational institution, instructional and methodological documents of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on the organization of educational work in general educational institutions and the activities of the class teacher, the Charter of the school and regulates the work of the class teacher.

      Classroom management is a professional activity of a teacher aimed at raising a child in a classroom student team.

      In his activities, the class teacher is guided by the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the legislation of the Russian Federation on the rights of the child and their guarantees, the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, the norms of the Charter of the school and these Regulations.

      The activity of the class teacher is based on the principles of democracy, humanism, the priority of universal values, the life and health of children, citizenship, and the free development of the individual.

      The class teacher is appointed and dismissed by order of the school principal. The direct management of his work is carried out by the deputy director of the school for educational work. Coordination of work and general management of classroom activities is carried out by the deputy director of the school for educational work.

      The class teacher carries out his activities in close contact with the school administration, school and class student government bodies, parents (legal representatives of children), classroom and school-wide parent committees, a social educator, psychologist, organizing teacher, and additional education teachers.

II . Functions of the class teacher.

2.1 Analytical function:

    Building a model of education in the classroom, corresponding to the educational system of the school as a whole;

    Determining the near and far prospects for the life and activities of individual students and the class as a whole;

    Anticipation of the consequences of relations developing in a class collective.

2.3 Organizational and coordinating function.

    Formation of a class team;

    Organization and stimulation of various types of activities of pupils in a classroom team;

    Assistance and organization of cooperation in planning socially significant activities of students, in organizing the activities of student self-government bodies;

    Maintaining ties between family and school, school and society;

    Assistance in the pupils receiving additional education at and outside the school;

    Protecting student rights;

    Organization of individual work with students;

    Participation in the work of pedagogical and methodological councils, methodological association of class teachers, administrative meetings, the Prevention Council;

    Documentation of the class teacher and class journal;

    The class teacher is responsible for the life and health of children during extracurricular and extracurricular activities.

2.4 Communication function:

    The development and regulation of interpersonal relations between students, between students and adults;

    Assisting everyone in adapting to the team;

III . Responsibilities of the class teacher.

3.1 To carry out a systematic analysis of the status of performance and dynamics of the overall development of their pupils.

3.2 Organize the educational process in the classroom; involve students in the systematic activities of class and school groups.

3.3 To study the individual characteristics of the personality of students, the conditions of their life in the family and school.

3.4 To monitor and timely detect deviant manifestations in the development and behavior of students, carry out the necessary justified pedagogical and psychological correction, in especially difficult and dangerous cases, inform the school administration about this.

3.5 To provide assistance to pupils in solving their acute life problems and situations.

3.6 Promote the social, psychological and legal protection of students.

3.7 Involve in the organization of the educational process in the classroom subject teachers, parents of students, specialists from other fields (science, art, sports, law enforcement, etc.)

3.8 Advocate a healthy lifestyle.

3.9 Regularly inform parents (legal representatives) of students about their successes or failures, convene planned and unplanned parent-teacher meetings, direct the activities of the classroom parent committee.

3.10 Monitor the attendance of students in their class.

3.11 To coordinate the work of subject teachers working in the classroom, in order to prevent students from underperforming and to provide them with timely assistance in learning.

3.12 Plan your activities for classroom management in accordance with the school planning requirements for educational work.

3.13 Regularly conduct class hours, other extracurricular and extracurricular activities with the class.

3.14 Maintain documentation on the class (personal files of students, a class journal), as well as educational work (educational plan in the classroom, reports, individual cards for studying the student’s personality, references, characteristics, development of educational activities, etc.).

3.15 Improve your qualification level in the field of pedagogy and psychology.

IV . The rights of the class teacher.

4.1 Regularly receive information about the physical and mental health of students.

4.2 Monitor the results of the educational activities of each student in the class in order to provide timely assistance to lagging students.

4.3 Coordinate the work of subject teachers in the classroom.

4.4 To submit for consideration the school administration, the pedagogical council, the school self-government bodies, the parent committee, proposals, initiatives both on behalf of the classroom and on its own behalf.

4.5 To receive timely methodological and organizational-pedagogical assistance from the leadership of the school as well as self-government bodies.

4.6 Independently plan educational work with a classroom team, develop individual programs for working with children and their parents (legal representatives), determine the forms of organization of classroom activities and holding class events.

4.7 To invite parents (legal representatives) of students to school on problems related to the activities of the class teacher or other issues.

4.8 To carry out a free-individual mode of work with children.

4.9. Independently determine the form of planning educational work with the class, taking into account the basic principles of school-wide planning.

4.10 Do not fulfill the instructions and requirements of the school administration and parents who are not included in the functional responsibilities of the class teacher, as defined by this Regulation.

4.11 The class teacher has the right to protect his own honor, dignity and professional reputation in case of disagreement with the assessments of his activities by the school administration, parents, students, and other teachers.

V . Organization of the class teacher.

5.1 General principles for organizing the work of the class teacher are determined by the norms of the legislation on the work of teachers, the Charter of the school, these Regulations.

5.2 The work of the class teacher with the class and its individual students is built in accordance with this cyclogram:

    Classroom teacher daily

    determines absent and late students, ascertains the reasons for their absence or being late, carries out preventive work to prevent delays and non-attendance of studies;

    organizes and controls the duty of students in the classroom;

    organizes various forms of individual work with students, including in the event of deviation in their behavior;

    Classroom teacher weekly

    checks students' diaries with weekly grades;

    spends an hour of class teacher (class hour) in accordance with the plan of educational work;

    organizes work with parents according to the situation;

    conducts work with subject teachers working in the classroom, according to the situation;

    Classroom teacher monthly

    attends lessons in his class;

    consults with a psychologist and individual teachers;

    solves business issues in the classroom;

    organizes meetings of the class’s parent committee;

    draws up and fills a cool magazine;

    participates in the work of the methodological association of class teachers;

5.3 Classroom hours can be conducted by classroom leaders in any form.

5.4 The number of educational activities in the class should not be less than two per month.

5.5 Classroom parent-teacher meetings are held at least once a quarter.

5.6 The class teacher is required, upon the request of the school administration, to prepare and submit reports of various forms on the class and his own work.

5.7 A report on the work of the class teacher may be heard at a meeting of the methodological association of class teachers, pedagogical or methodological councils, and an administrative meeting.

5.8 The class teacher is obliged to take an active part in the work of the methodological association of class teachers.

    The class teacher performs the following duties:

    2.4. Carries out organizational and coordinating work on interaction with subject teachers working in the classroom, other specialists of the gymnasium.

    2.5. Directs self-education and self-development of the learner's personality; makes the necessary adjustments to his education system.

    2.6. Together with students' self-government, it is actively promoting a healthy lifestyle; conducts physical education, sports and other events that promote the health of students in the classroom.

    3.5. on the confidentiality of a disciplinary (official) investigation, with the exception of cases provided for by law;

    3.6. independently choose the forms and methods of educational work, use innovative and experimental methods of education;

    3.7. attend the lessons of other teachers in the class assigned to him in order to study students and monitor the progress of the educational process in the classroom;

    5. Responsibility of the class teacher

    5.1. The class teacher is responsible for the life and health of students, for violation of their rights and freedoms in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

    5.2. For non-fulfillment or improper execution without good reason of the Charter and the internal labor regulations of the gymnasium, legal orders of the director of the gymnasium and other local regulatory acts, official duties established by this regulation, the class teacher is responsible in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.

    5.3. For the application, including one-time, of the methods of education related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the student, as well as the commission of another immoral act, the class teacher may be relieved of his post in accordance with the labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education” ". Dismissal for this act is not a measure of disciplinary liability.

    5.4.     3. Organization and support activities of the class teacher

       3.2 A class teacher is appointed an employee of an educational institution with a teaching experience of at least a year.

       4.2. In the process of his activity, the class teacher:
       - receives regular information about the physical and mental health of students, their performance and behavior;
       - as necessary, applies for methodological and organizational-pedagogical assistance to the leadership of the educational institution, methodological associations working in it;
       - submits for consideration by the administration, the pedagogical council or the council of the educational institution proposals aimed at improving the life of the children’s team of the fixed class, individual students;
       - in consultation with the administration of the educational institution, invites parents (legal representatives) to assist, coordinate actions in raising their children, addresses the commission, the inspection for minors and other organizations to resolve issues related to the training and education of students in the class;
       - systematically analyzes the dynamics of the personal development of students;

    1. General Provisions

    1.1.     3.2. Organizational and coordinating function, expressed in:

    7. Classroom Documentation

    The class teacher maintains the following documentation:

    Analysis and plan of educational work (based on the long-term plan of the educational institution). The form of analysis and the plan of educational work is determined by the school methodological association of class teachers;

    Work plan - a grid for every quarter (affairs not related to the classroom management will not be included in the plan grid);

    Class social passport (the form is established by the school administration);

    The results of the pedagogical, sociological, psychological, physical research of students in the class;

    Developments, scenarios, scenario plans for educational activities conducted with children (including classroom hours);

    Materials of methodical work on the classroom manual;

    Reports, analytical materials.

    8. Classroom assessment criteria

    8.1. The effectiveness of the implementation of the functions of the class teacher can be assessed on the basis of two groups of criteria: performance and activities.

    Performance criteria reflect the level that students achieve in their social development (level of general culture and discipline of students, their civic maturity).

    The activity criteria make it possible to evaluate the implementation of the managerial functions of the class teacher (the organization of educational work with students; interaction with teachers working with students in this class and other participants in the educational process, as well as educational and auxiliary personnel of the educational institution, parents (other legal representatives) of students and public education, training, creative development of students).

    8.2. The criterion apparatus for assessing the activities of the class teacher is developed by the methodological association of class teachers and approved by the scientific and methodological (methodical) or Pedagogical Council of the educational institution.

    8.3. The administration of a general educational institution includes measures to study the effectiveness of the implementation of the functions of the class teacher in the schedule of intra-school control.

    1. General Provisions

    1.1. This Regulation is developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, the Model Regulation on a general educational institution,By order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation) dated February 2, 2006 No. 21 “On Approving Methodological Recommendations on the Exercise of the Class Teacher Functions by Teachers of State Educational Institutions of the Subjects of the Russian Federation and Municipal Educational Institutions”, the Charter of the school and regulates the work of the class teacher .

    1.2. The class teacher is appointed and dismissed by order of the school principal. The direct management of his work is carried out by the person responsible for the educational work in the unit.

    1.3. For the performance of the functions of the class teacher, a monetary reward is established, the amount of which is determined by the municipal educational management body or the head of the educational institution.

    The amount of additional remuneration for performing the functions of the class teacher is determined by the state authorities of the Russian Federation and (or) the subject of the Russian Federation.

    1.4. The classroom management is distributed by the school administration, assigned to the teacher with his consent, based on the interests of the school, taking into account pedagogical experience, skill, individual characteristics.

    1.5. Classroom management is a professional activity of a teacher aimed at raising a child in a classroom student team. The class teacher is a professional teacher who organizes the system of relations between society and the child through various types of educational activities of the class team, creates the conditions for the individual self-expression of each child and carries out its activities in the educational process of the educational institution.

    1.6. The class teacher in his activities is guided by the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Laws of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, the Family Code of the Russian Federation, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Model Regulation on a general educational institution, administrative, labor and business law; rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures and fire protection, as well as the Charter and local legal acts of the school (including the internal labor regulations, orders and orders of the director, this provision), the labor contract.

    1.7. The class teacher carries out his activities in close contact with the school administration, school and class student government bodies, parents (legal representatives of children), classroom and school-wide parenting councils, a social educator, psychologist, organizing teacher, and additional education teachers.

    2.3. Tasks   class teacher activities:

    • formation and development of the class collective;

    • organization of a system of relations through various forms of educational activity of the class collective;
    • protection of the rights and interests of students;
    • organization of system work with students in the classroom;

    3. Functions of the class teacher

    The main functions of the class teacher are:

    • the study and analysis of the condition and conditions of family education of each child;
    • the study and analysis of the impact of the school environment and small society on students in the class;

    • forecasting the results of educational activities;
    • building a model of education in the classroom, corresponding to the educational system of the school as a whole;
    • anticipation of the consequences of relations developing in a classroom collective.

    3.2. Organizational and coordinating function, expressed in:

    • coordination of educational activities of each student and the whole class as a whole;
    • coordination of the formation of the classroom team, organization and stimulation of various types of activities of students in the classroom team: assistance and organization of cooperation in planning socially significant activities of students, organization of student bodies;
    • the organization of interaction with teachers - subject teachers, a psychologist, additional education teachers, an organizer teacher, social teacher, librarian, school medical worker, family. Acting as an intermediary between the personality of the child and all social institutions in resolving students' personal crises;
    • assistance in obtaining additional education by students through their inclusion in various creative associations of interests (circles, sections, clubs, associations, etc.) both in a general educational institution and in institutions of further education;

    • informing students about existing children's and youth public organizations and associations.

    3.4. The control function, expressed in:

    • monitoring the progress of each student;
    • monitoring the attendance of studies by students;
    • monitoring the well-being of students.

    4. Responsibilities of the class teacher

    The class teacher is required to:

    4.1. To carry out a systematic analysis of the status of performance and the dynamics of the overall development of their pupils.

    4.2. Organize the educational process in the classroom; to involve students in the systematic activities of class and school groups, to study the individual characteristics of the personality of students, the conditions of their life in the family and school.

    4.3. Track and timely identify deviant manifestations in the development and behavior of students, carry out the necessary pedagogical and psychological correction, in especially difficult and dangerous cases, inform the school administration about this.

    4.4. To assist the pupils in solving their acute life problems and situations.

    4.5. To organize social, psychological and legal protection of students.

    4.6. Involve in the organization of the educational process in the classroom subject teachers, parents of students, specialists from other fields (science, art, sports, law enforcement, etc.).

    4.7. Promote a healthy lifestyle.

    4.8. Regularly inform parents (legal representatives) of students about their successes or failures. Manage the activities of the classroom parent committee.

    5. Rights of the class teacher

    The class teacher has the right:

    5.1. Regularly receive information about the physical and mental health of students in their class.

    5.2. Submit proposals, initiatives, both on behalf of the classroom and on its own behalf, to the administration of the school, the pedagogical council, school self-government bodies, the parent committee.

    5.3. Receive timely methodological and organizational-pedagogical assistance from the school management, as well as self-government bodies.

    5.4. Independently plan educational work with a classroom team, develop individual programs for working with children and their parents (legal representatives), determine the rules for organizing classroom activities and holding class events.

    5.5. Invite to school parents (legal representatives) of students on problems related to the activities of the class teacher, or other issues.

    5.6. To carry out a free-individual mode of work with children.

    5.7. Independently determine the forms of planning educational work with the class, taking into account the implementation of the basic principles of school-wide planning.

    5.8. Not to fulfill the instructions and requirements of the school administration and parents, which are not included in the functional responsibilities of the class teacher, as defined by this Regulation.

    5.9. Do not fulfill the instructions and requirements of the school administration and parents if they can cause psychological or physical trauma to the student.

    5.10. The class teacher has the right to protect his own honor, dignity and professional reputation in case of disagreement with the assessments of his activities by the school administration, parents, students, other teachers.

    6. Organization of activities of the class teacher

    The activities of the class teacher with the class and its individual students are built in accordance with this cyclogram:

    6.1. Class teacher daily:

    • determines absent and late students, ascertains the reasons for their absence or being late, carries out preventive work to prevent delays and non-attendance of studies;
    • checks the appearance of students;
    • organizes and controls the duty of students in classrooms;
    • organizes various forms of individual work with students, including in the event of deviation in their behavior;

    6.2. Class teacher weekly:

    • checks students' paper diaries with weekly marks (if there is a statement from the parents);
    • spends an hour of class teacher (class hour) in accordance with the plan of educational work;
    • organizes work with parents (according to the situation);
    • conducts work with subject teachers working in the classroom (according to the situation);
    • analyzes the status of performance in the classroom as a whole and for individual students;

    6.3. Class teacher monthly:

    • attends lessons in his class;
    • receives advice from a psychologist and individual teachers;
    • organizes a meeting of the parent council of the class;
    • organizes the work of a cool asset;
    • solves business issues in the classroom;

    6.4. Class teacher during the academic trimester:

    • prepares and fills a cool electronic journal;
    • participates in the work of the methodological association of class teachers;
    • conducts an analysis of the implementation of the educational plan for the trimester, the state of academic performance and the level of education of students;
    • corrects the plan of educational work for the new trimester;
    • conducts a cool parent-teacher meeting;
    • submits to the academic part a report on the performance of students in the class per trimester;

    6.5. The class teacher annually:

    • draws up personal files of students;
    • analyzes the state of educational work in the classroom and the level of education of students during the year;
    • makes a plan for educational work in the classroom
    • collects and submits to the school administration, statistical reports on students in the class (performance, materials for the report in the form of OSH-1, employment of graduates, etc.).

    6.6. The classroom hour provided weekly is required for the class teacher to attend and attend students. A week containing school-wide events eliminates the need for thematic classroom work. The transfer of class time, its cancellation is unacceptable. The administration should be informed in a timely manner of the impossibility of an extra-curricular event with justification of the reasons.

    6.7. In order to ensure a clear organization of the school’s activities, leisure activities (sightseeing trips, camping trips, discos, “lights”), not provided for by the school plan and the annual plan of the class teacher, are not allowed.

    6.8. Classroom parent-teacher meetings are held at least once per trimester.

    6.9. Class leaders make a feasible contribution to the conduct of school-wide events, are responsible for their activities and their class during the events. The presence of a class teacher at school-wide events is mandatory.

    6.10. When conducting extra-curricular activities at and outside the school, the class teacher is responsible for the life and health of the children and is required to provide support from parents for 1 person per 15 students. The class teacher in writing informs the head of the structural unit (building) about the conduct of extracurricular activities at the school and outside the school.

    6.11. For organizing students' leisure activities (excursions, trips ...) on a day off (Sunday), the class teacher is given time off during the holidays or another vacation convenient for the teacher and the school regime.

    6.12. In accordance with its functions, the class teacher chooses the forms of work with students:
