With potatoes

Potato casserole is popular because it is prepared using only those products that are always on hand in every kitchen:

  • half a kilogram of turkey;
  • kilogram of potatoes;
  • several pieces of hard cheese;
  • a couple of spoons of mayonnaise;
  • butter on the tip of a knife;
  • a little salt and ground black pepper.

The preparation method is also simple:

  1. Meat prepared in advance should be rinsed under cool water, then wiped and cut into very small pieces.
  2. The potatoes will need to be peeled, then washed and also cut into small pieces.
  3. Using a brush, grease the pan in which the casserole will be prepared with butter. First you need to lay out the meat layer. This is followed by a layer of potatoes. The layers can then be repeated. On top you need to spread the casserole with mayonnaise and sprinkle with pre-grated cheese.
  4. The dish will be ready in 40 minutes if you bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Don't forget to salt and pepper the potato casserole to taste before putting it in the oven. It is advisable to salt each layer.

Casserole with minced turkey and rice

For those who follow the principles of proper nutrition, a recipe that contains dietary turkey meat and rice will be a real godsend. In addition, preparing such a dish is easy and quick, and most people probably have the ingredients for it at home.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 300 g turkey meat;
  • a glass of short grain rice;
  • one carrot;
  • a pinch of granulated sugar;
  • a few tablespoons of sour cream (you can use kefir, then the recipe will be truly dietary);
  • salt on the tip of a knife;
  • a little oil.

Cooking turkey rice as a casserole is very simple:

  1. The carrots need to be washed, peeled, and then grated using a coarse grater.
  2. The meat is also thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces that can be put into a meat grinder. In it, the meat must be turned into homogeneous minced meat.
  3. When the minced meat is ready, add a little water to it. The consistency of the minced meat should not be very thick.
  4. Then you need to take a mold, coat it with oil (any kind will do - vegetable or butter), put rice as the first layer, minced meat as the second. The resulting mass can be compacted a little.
  5. The third layer of carrots is placed in the mold; it needs to be poured with sour cream or kefir. Using kefir is preferable because it makes the rice less dry and the dish less caloric.
  6. The casserole should be in the oven for 45 minutes.

The finished dish can be served hot or chilled - the temperature does not affect its wonderful taste.

Turkey casserole with vegetables in the oven

Meat and vegetables are always a great combination, especially when it comes to turkey meat. It is also important that 100 grams of this tasty and appetizing dish cannot contain more than 300 kilocalories, which makes it an assistant in losing weight. Adding vegetables such as tomatoes and zucchini to the casserole makes it especially juicy.

Required:

  • turkey (preferably breast);
  • some zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers and other favorite vegetables;
  • a glass of sour cream;
  • herbs, salt and spices that you like.

To prepare a casserole with vegetables, you need to do the following:

  1. Using a knife, shred the turkey into 1.5 cm square pieces.
  2. Place the frying pan on the heat, grease with oil and place the turkey on it. The meat must be fried, but it is important to monitor the cooking process so that the pieces do not become too dry.
  3. You should wash and cut (or chop) all prepared vegetables. Add spices and salt to this vegetable mixture.
  4. Take a mold and put the ingredients into it in three layers: first - meat, then - zucchini, followed by tomatoes.
  5. Before putting it in the oven, pour sour cream over the casserole.

This dish does not need to be cooked for too long - after all, the meat has already been cooked and the vegetables cook quickly. 20-25 minutes are enough for everything to be ready.

The number of zucchini for cooking can be from 1 to 3 pieces, it all depends on the size of the casserole and the attitude of those for whom it is being prepared towards this product.

Turkey Casserole with Broccoli, Potatoes and Bechamel Sauce

When you want to pamper your family with some special dinner, but without spending too much time and effort on preparing it, you can resort to the following recipe.

It includes:

  • about half a kilogram of turkey;
  • several potato tubers;
  • some broccoli;
  • liter of milk;
  • a handful of flour;
  • oil;
  • pepper and salt on the tip of the knife.

The cooking method is simple:

  1. Cut the meat and potatoes into small sticks or cubes.
  2. In a not very high form, first place the meat, potatoes on top, and broccoli on top, without cutting the broccoli.
  3. The resulting casserole needs to be peppered and salted.
  4. To make the sauce, add flour to melted butter, add milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour Bechamel over the casserole and cook for about an hour.

Mushroom casserole

For mushroom lovers, a recipe for making a casserole of champignons and turkey meat will be a real find.

Need to:

  • a little less than a kilogram of minced turkey meat;
  • several glasses of champignons;
  • one carrot;
  • several onions;
  • three eggs;
  • one slice of cheese;
  • three spoons of sour cream;
  • a few tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of breadcrumbs;
  • any favorite seasoning.

The cooking algorithm is as follows:

  1. All ingredients must be chopped accordingly: meat and mushrooms - cut, carrots - grated, etc.
  2. Mushrooms are fried in a frying pan until they form an appetizing golden crust.
  3. Onions and carrots are fried separately.
  4. Two out of three eggs, seasoning and onions are added to the minced meat in a separate bowl, after which it is poured into a mold, onto the bottom of which breadcrumbs are poured in advance.

  6. Pour over the top with the mixture obtained by beating the remaining egg with sour cream.

Turkey Casserole with Pasta - Hearty Family Dinner

The popularity of casseroles cannot be disputed, because everyone knows how quick they are to prepare, tasty and satisfying. The combination of pasta and juicy meat will delight even the most severe culinary critic.

Ingredients:

  • 420 g turkey fillet;
  • 230 g pasta (preferably small in size);
  • 40 g mushrooms (dry);
  • 55 g celery (stem);
  • 300 g onions;
  • 280 ml cream;
  • 245 g hard cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the mushrooms with several waters and add a small amount of boiling water. Leave to cool, then cut into slices and fry, add diced onions to the almost finished mushrooms.
  2. Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes, add to the onion-mushroom mixture and continue frying.
  3. Chop the celery, add it to the roasted mixture and after a few minutes turn off the heat.
  4. Grate the cheese (on the large holes of a grater).
  5. Pour the boiled pasta (slightly warm) into the hot mixture, stir, pour in the cream mixed with most of the grated cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining cheese and place in a hot oven. After a quarter of an hour, remove, use a wide flat spatula, transfer to a dish and serve.

  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • parsley – 5 sprigs.

Cream can be replaced with milk.

Chop the turkey fillet and onion into small pieces. This can be done in a food processor or by hand with a knife. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and mix with chopped turkey. Place the resulting mass on a greased baking sheet.

While the oven is heating, prepare the filling. To do this, beat the egg whites, cream, salt and pepper in a mixer or blender. Carefully spoon the egg whites onto the top of the turkey. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. In this case, the heating mode of the oven should be uniform throughout the entire volume. Decorate the finished dish with parsley leaves.

Turkey casserole in the oven “Obyedenye”

This dish is very filling and high in calories. It can be served as a main dish even for a holiday table.

We will need:

  • turkey fillet – 0.5 kg;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 0.7 kg;
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • dill – 5 sprigs.

You can use turkey breast fillet or turkey thigh fillet.

Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices, no more than 5 mm. Place the pieces tightly next to each other on a greased baking sheet. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the laid potatoes. Cut the fillet into slices 5-10 mm thick and place on top of the carrots. Cut the peeled onion into rings and place on the turkey. Season with salt and pepper and cover the baking sheet with foil. Place in an oven preheated to 200° for 25 minutes.

After this, take out the baking sheet, remove the foil and lay out a layer of grated cheese on a coarse grater. Place back in the oven without foil for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped dill.

Hello, my dears! Today at the Culinary Academy of Smart Housewives we have a recipe for an original cottage cheese casserole. How is it original, you ask? And the fact that it’s usual, but this one...tadamm is salty😲. Despite the unusual combination, it turns out juicy, tender, and tasty. Although why is it unusual? 🤔 ? We eat curd cheeses with unsweetened fillings - with the same dill, pickled cucumbers, mushrooms - and nothing, we are not indignant 😆. So I recommend trying unsweetened cottage cheese casserole as a light, nutritious breakfast or dinner.

I spotted this recipe for turkey casserole with vegetables on TV in the “Test Purchase” program. It was about sour cream, and then the nutritionist suggested preparing a low-calorie turkey casserole with vegetables, which uses sour cream as a filling. The recipe does not use any oil, so the casserole is dietary and low-calorie. One hundred grams of this turkey casserole with vegetables contains no more than 300 kilocalories. This information made me very happy and I enthusiastically set to work, fortunately, all the necessary products were at hand.

Frankly, I had concerns that such a lean casserole might turn out a little dry, but I was worried in vain. The turkey with vegetables turned out very tasty and juicy due to the zucchini and tomatoes. From the specified amount of ingredients I got four servings, although we are not very active eaters, perhaps for someone this amount of turkey with vegetables is only enough for three servings.

Recipe for turkey fillet with vegetables


To prepare this dish, you can use any meat: chicken, pork, turkey. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Also, it can be passed through a meat grinder.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.

Potato casserole is best prepared in a special baking dish, but a regular cast iron skillet with thick walls will work. Grease the inside of the mold with oil and lay out the prepared products in layers.

The first layer is meat, the second is potatoes, then simply alternate ingredients until the baking dish is full. The topmost layer should be potato.

In order for the result to be juicy, tender and with a fragrant cheese crust, grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater and spread it evenly on top of the potatoes. To prevent the cheese from drying out and burning during cooking, it should be greased with mayonnaise.
