Each government agency has its own official website - a full-fledged representation on the Internet. There you will definitely find:

  • News about the work of the department, structure, leadership.
  • A detailed description of the tasks facing the authority.
  • Regulatory framework - documents, orders and instructions.
  • Contact information.
  • Section for citizens' appeals (by filling out a special electronic form, you will receive an official response from the departments. By law, written and electronic appeals are equivalent).

Rules for considering public initiatives via the Internet

  1. The placement of a public initiative on an Internet resource is preceded by a mandatory preliminary examination. The examination period is two months. It is possible to refuse consideration of a public initiative if it does not contain a description of the problem or if options for its solution are not proposed.
  2. Voting takes place within a year after its placement. If an initiative receives less than 100 thousand votes, it is removed from consideration. If more, it is sent to a special federal expert group to develop measures for its implementation. The composition includes representatives of federal executive authorities, State Duma deputies, members of the Federation Council, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, representatives of the business community and public associations.
  3. The text should not contain obscene language, insults, threats, or calls for extremist activity. The citizen is also obliged to explain at what level the initiative should be considered.

All initiatives are ordered: by sections, level (federal, regional, municipal), number of votes 9.16.
